AI Content Assistant
Project overview
Small marketing teams often juggle content requests, reviews, approvals, and publishing across multiple tools. This concept explores how an AI-assisted workflow could help teams move from a rough idea to publication with less friction.
The problem
When responsibilities and feedback are scattered across documents, chats, and project boards, content can get stuck waiting for reviews or clarification.
The goal is not simply to generate copy faster. It's to improve coordination and make the content process easier to follow.
The concept
1. Draft
Give marketers a structured starting point based on the content type, audience, goal, and brand guidelines.
2. Review
Help reviewers check clarity, tone, consistency, SEO considerations, and required content before approval.
3. Approve
Keep feedback and approval status visible so the team knows what needs attention and who owns the next step.
4. Prepare for publishing
Organize the approved content, metadata, and publishing checklist so the handoff to the CMS is clear.
Design priorities
- A simple workspace for a small marketing team.
- Clear content status and ownership.
- Human review before content is approved or published.
- Reusable brand and SEO guidelines.
- A transparent workflow that helps prevent missed feedback.
How success could be measured
A future prototype could measure time from brief to approval, number of review cycles, time spent coordinating handoffs, and the percentage of content published on schedule.
These are proposed metrics, not measured results.
Project status
This is a concept project. The next iteration will explore user flows, interface designs, and a working prototype.
